Đợt cập nhật đầu tiên của năm 2026 đã ra mắt! Bản phát hành này sẽ giúp Notion hoà nhập hơn nữa vào thế giới của bạn. Làm việc mọi lúc mọi nơi, lựa chọn mô hình AI bạn muốn và nắm bắt mọi thông tin quan trọng với đội nhóm của bạn.

Dù bạn tham gia cuộc gọi khi đang di chuyển, lên ý tưởng trong lúc đi dạo buổi sáng hay họp mà không mang theo máy tính xách tay, mọi thứ trên thiết bị di động đều hoạt động mượt mà, đúng như bạn mong đợi. Chỉ cần một nhấn để AI bắt đầu ghi chép (ngay cả khi bạn chuyển sang ứng dụng khác hoặc khóa màn hình), và chỉ trong vài giây, toàn bộ nội dung sẽ được tóm tắt thành bản tổng hợp rõ ràng, các mục hành động và tài liệu hoàn chỉnh để chia sẻ ngay.

Khi một mô hình mới ra mắt, Notion luôn sẵn sàng hỗ trợ. Giờ đây, bạn có thể chọn giữa GPT-5.2, Claude Opus 4.5 hay Gemini 3. Hoặc để chế độ Tự động chọn mô hình phù hợp nhất cho từng công việc. Danh bạ nhân sự mới sẽ hiển thị mọi thành viên trong không gian làm việc của bạn. Đây là một cơ sở dữ liệu được dựng sẵn mà bạn có thể tùy chỉnh hoặc nhập từ hệ thống nhân sự (tìm hiểu thêm). Khám phá tính năng này bằng cách tìm kiếm từ khóa “Nhân sự” hoặc đi đến Cài đặt → Thành viên → Xem Danh bạ nhân sự (nằm ở phía trên cùng bên phải).

Bản tích hợp Jira được cải tiến này dành cho đội nhóm mà các kỹ sư làm việc trên Jira, còn các bộ phận khác lại lập kế hoạch trong Notion. Đồng bộ hóa công việc phát triển từ Jira, sau đó thêm các thuộc tính Notion của riêng bạn ở ngay bên cạnh, chẳng hạn như mục tiêu quý, phản hồi từ khách hàng và tác động đến doanh thu. Xây dựng các bảng tổng quan kết hợp cả hai để bạn nắm được bức tranh toàn cảnh. Với gói Enterprise, bạn có thể chỉnh sửa các trường Jira quan trọng trực tiếp từ Notion và tự động đồng bộ ngược lại các thay đổi.

Too often, notes get scattered (or forgotten). The new Meetings tab in your sidebar organizes notes from every meeting you’ve run or joined. It syncs with your calendar so you can easily prep notes, join calls, and use AI Meeting Notes to transcribe every detail. Just type /meet on any page and click start to kick off a meeting note. AI Meeting Notes summaries now links each takeaway to the exact moment in the transcript, so you can jump straight to the source. It’s great for understanding how decisions were made, catching up on meetings you missed, or handing off action items with the full context.

Now your Agent can read comments and version history when answering questions and drafting updates. This makes it easy to summarize feedback and page updates, or just ask your Agent to make edits from a comment, like “implement Holly’s feedback,” and it will update the doc. You can also upload a CSV and turn it into a database, or ask your Agent to analyze the file and surface the answers you need. Big upgrades (with more soon)!

Our Slack AI Connector got a nice upgrade. It now supports private channels and Direct Messages, giving you even better search results and your Agent more helpful context. As always, all Slack permissions are respected.

Need to track addresses or map locations? The new map view and place property in databases is for you. Whether you’re planning your next company event or your regional office expansion, map view brings it to life. You can also ask your Agent to add a place property and update an existing database with locations and watch the magic happen.

You can download any page and use it without the internet (and even create new ones). Manage them all from the new offline dashboard (Settings → Offline). Your Recents and Favorites are auto-downloaded for offline use if you’re on the Plus, Business, or Enterprise plan. We’re starting here and we’ll keep making offline in Notion even better.

Try it by going to Home, selecting the Research tab, and @-mention a database in your question.

Notion’s #2 most requested feature is nearly here! (#1 is offline mode, also coming !) You’ll be able to grant permissions by database row. The person assigned to those database pages won’t be able to see the rest of the database. Stay tuned.
